Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and are working on expanding internationally soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren't guaranteed. If you need to make an update, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mizupak.com, and we'll do our best to help before your order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Is the backpack anti-theft?
Yes. The main compartment opens from the back (against your body), making it much harder for anyone to access your belongings in crowded environments like festivals.
Does it keep drinks cold?
Yes—Mizupak has insulated compartments designed to keep your water cold throughout the day.
How much water does it hold?
The included hydration bladder holds 1.5 liters of water—enough to keep you hydrated for hours without constantly refilling.
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
Yes. It's lightweight, secure, and designed to move with you—so you can dance, walk, and go all day without constantly adjusting it.
Use & Care
Is the hydration bladder included?
Yes, every Mizupak comes with a 1.5L hydration bladder and hose included.
How do I clean the bladder?
We recommend rinsing it with warm water after each use and allowing it to fully air dry. For deeper cleans, use mild soap and a bottle brush.
Can I use it for things other than festivals?
Definitely. While it's perfect for festivals, it's also great for travel, workouts, hikes, and everyday use when you want to stay hands-free.
Returns & Support
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact us at hello@mizupak.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If something isn't right, email us at hello@mizupak.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
