Our Story

I spent hours looking for a hydration pack that would actually go with my festival outfit. I just wanted something feminine and cute that felt like it belonged with the look I'd spent weeks putting together. But no matter how long I searched I kept coming up empty. Everything was dark, bulky and masculine. Not for the girl who plans her festival look months in advance. Not for someone who actually cares about how she shows up. I kept thinking someone really needs to make this.

Then I got my phone stolen at EDC and that was my tipping point.

What bothered me most wasn't even losing the phone. It was how easy it was. Someone just reached into my bag in the middle of a crowd and walked away without a second thought. In a place where PLURR lives. That felt so wrong to me and honestly it still does. And that's when I decided to stop searching and start building.

So I built it myself.

My Japanese roots are woven into every part of it. The name Mizupak comes from mizu, the Japanese word for water. Water has always meant something to me. Flow. Wonder. Resilience. It takes any shape but never loses its meaning. That felt like the perfect foundation for what I was creating and I poured everything I wished existed into every detail of this bag.

The Awaji knot on every Mizupak isn't just a logo. It's a centuries old Japanese symbol of unbreakable bonds, protection and resilience. It tightens when pulled and gets stronger under pressure. I put it there because that's exactly what I want you to feel when you put this bag on. Protected. Strong. Completely yourself.

It took a year to build with no background in product design and no roadmap. Just a vision and the refusal to accept that cute and functional couldn't exist in the same bag.

You shouldn't have to choose between safety and style. You deserve both.

Look good. Feel good. You belong in the crowd.
