Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mizupak. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All included accessories (such as the hydration bladder) must be unopened and unused.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@mizupak.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to ship your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different color or item, please return your unopened product and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mizupak.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost if the damage is confirmed.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used bags

  • Used hydration bladders

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Final sale items


Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled before the item ships.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will follow the standard return policy.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
