๐Ÿ“ฆ Order Processing Times

๐Ÿ› In-Stock Orders

Orders are processed within 2โ€“4 business days
(Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding holidays).

๐Ÿ’– Preorders

Preorder items ship starting December 1, 2025.
You will receive email updates as production and fulfillment progress.
Your order will ship as soon as your preorder item arrives at our facility.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during new launches or high-volume periods.


๐Ÿšš Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Typical U.S. delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2โ€“3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or seasonal delays.

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking may take 24โ€“48 hours to update after the label is created.

You can also track your order anytime using the Track My Order page on our website.


๐ŸŒ Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
Additional countries will be added soon.

If your location does not appear at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Preorder Shipping Information

When you purchase a preorder item, you are reserving your Mizupak ahead of launch.
Because preorder dates can shift due to production timelines, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Payment is collected at checkout to guarantee your reservation.


๐Ÿ  Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute or modify the destination.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Mizupak is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost or is delayed:

  1. Check your tracking status

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us if you need assistance filing a carrier claim

Weโ€™re always here to support you however we can.


๐Ÿ’” Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue quickly.


โ—๏ธ Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Currently not applicable.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes at delivery.
